CONSTRUCTION LICENSES
State CERTIFIED construction contractors (license begins with "C") need 14 hours of continuing education renewing on August 31st of every EVEN year. The state REQUIRES 1 workers comp, 1 business practice, 1 workplace safety, 1 CILB Laws and Rules, 1 Advanced Code and the rest "general" (anything approved). Some trades need electrical pool safety and wind mitigation - these are included in our complete bundle as a "general" hour for everyone else. Take our "Florida Contractor Required Hours" classroom course and ANY OTHER 7-hour course to get the correct hours in a classroom course. Online, do the CILB 14-hour bundle.

ELECTRICAL LICENSES
Your requirements have recently changed - all renew August 31st of EVEN years:
CERTIFIED electrical contractors need 11 hours of continuing education including 1 workers comp, 1 business practice, 1 workplace safety, 1 ECLB Laws and Rules, 1 Advanced Code, 2 false alarm and 4 more technical hours. Take our "Florida Contractor Required Hours" classroom course and 7-hour National Electrical Code class to get the correct hours in a classroom course Online, do the ECLB CERTIFIED 11-hour bundle.
CERTIFIED and REGISTERED electrical ALARM and SPECIALTY contractors need 7 hours of continuing education including 1 workers comp, 1 business practice, 1 workplace safety, 1 ECLB Laws and Rules, 1 Advanced Code, 2 false alarm. Take our "Florida Contractor Required Hours" classroom course. Online, do the ECLB 7-hour Alarm and Specialty Electrical Contractor bundle.
REGISTERED electrical contractors need 11 hours of continuing education including 1 workers comp, 1 business practice, 1 workplace safety, 1 ECLB Laws and Rules, 1 Advanced Code, 2 false alarm and 6 more technical hours. Take our "Florida Contractor Required Hours" classroom course and 7-hour National Electrical Code class to get the correct hours in a classroom course Online, do the ECLB REGISTERED 11-hour bundle.
HOME INSPECTORS
Take the "Florida Home Inspector CE" to get all of your 14 hours (they have to be specifically on building systems components) to renew July 31st of EVEN years. Take our 14-hour Home Inspector CE course - these CLASSROOM hours will cross over to CILB licenses as well. Online do our HI 14 hour bundle (these hours will also fulfill requirements of CILB)
MOLD LICENSES
Take the 14 hour Principles of Mold Assessment & Remediation to get all of your 14 hours (they have to be specifically on mold related topics) to renew July 31st of EVEN years. Take our 14 hour Principles of Mold Assessment & Remediation class. Online take the 14-hour Mold bundle. These hours will cross over to fulfill the requirements for CILB and HI licenses.
MULTIPLE LICENSES
Generally, take the course that is MOST restrictive (i.e. mold has to be mold, but will cross over to HI and to CILB).. Give us a call to sort it out so you are taking the right course(s)!

CLASSROOM LOCATIONS
We are offering continuing education classes in our main location Hudson, Florida following CDC guidelines for social distancing and mask wearing. We still provide lunch for our students in all of our continuing education classes!
